Service Description

Bringing students into the conversation about race is something that we as educators, mentors and leaders should not be afraid of. The concept is to remove the stigma and give the students power and knowledge in the conversations that they have about diversity and feeling inclusive in all spaces. The goal of any group meeting involving students is that their teacher must be present and an active participant in the meeting in addition to the meeting consultant(s). This is the creation of culturally awareness for them as well as doing it in an online safe zone. (*Ideal age would be high school students.)
